Perfect for all levels of ability - Starts in a chair, progresses to simple standing movements. Stretch and strengthen core, legs and alignment to relieve tight muscles, improve standing and walking with confidence.  Cross-body movements engage brain for increased agility, energy and mobility. On Tuesdays we will continue until 3:15, for a 45 minute class for those who are able.
