Step Into Your Strength focuses on setting up your life to move more daily, even on rest days, and on knowing what exercises YOU need to improve your strength with daily effort. It is coaching oriented and includes a short workout, often with hand weights. The Specialty Classes and Get UP and Go classes support your progress by providing short guided classes available any time.
